The first year of business was a rollercoaster of emotions both exciting and terrifying. The team moved from kitchen to kitchen trying to find the best one for them and their budget. MealKraft cooked out of a small café for the first couple years while bouncing between different restaurants and cafeterias. The first couple weeks, the only people who ordered were friends and families. It was an exciting moment when they get their first actual customer.
