Sean Chai was a 24-year-old recent undergraduate from the University of Alberta. Like most undergrads, he didn’t know what he wanted to do with his degree in Economics but decided to work in the banking industry to begin his career. He realized very fast that this wasn’t the right path for him. With over ten years of experience in the hospitality industry, his love for fitness, food, and hospitality led him to the idea of meal prep in Edmonton. Joined by Greg Curran, his partner, they dove into a competitive industry with little to-no-experience but eager to learn.
